PureApp Engineer/Jr. PureApp Architect -Understands the full lifecycle of the PureApp environment. Consulting, architecture, design, configuration, and support for IBM PureApplication Server. -Consult, from an architectural point of view, complex projects to achieve key business objectives -Provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point to assist with troubleshooting efforts for all issues not resolved by other support staff -Assist with changes/upgrades including configuration changes, etc., when needed -Provide support assistance to the PureApp administrative team. Be able and willing to provide hands on assistance, when needed. -Analyze, and make performance or capacity recommendations -Provide technical guidance -Develop and document existing or new procedures as well as creating and maintaining project documentation -Work with vendors, business and application development teams, and other technical teams to meet project needs.
