*Job Title: Sybase DBA * *Location:* *Reston, VA* *Duration: Long term* *Responsibilities/Activities/Scope:* The Sybase Database (DBA) is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, security, operation, and maintenance for selected database management systems such as Oracle, and Sybase Job Functions/Responsibilities: · Installation, configuration and upgrading of Sybase server software and related products · Administers Sybase databases running in a UNIX (Linux) environment.
