PLEASE SEND MATCHING RESUMES TO [email protected] OR [email protected] Job Title- Sr. DataStage Developer/Data Modeler (Infosphere and Neteeza ONLY) Location- Atlanta, GA Duration- 6 months (with probable extension) Job Description: Responsibilities: Apply and help institute best practices, methodology and standards in Data Warehouse, ETL and BI design and development to meet project requirements. Help plan and maintain the physical technical infrastructure, its configuration, performance, and storage requirements. Create design and development specifications, and metadata documentation. Translate business requirements into Data Warehouse, ETL, and BI technical design and coordinate with ETL and BI developers, DBA and system administrators, project managers in automating and maintaining the Data Warehouse, ETL, work flows, jobs, batch scripts, cubes, and BI applications. Support enterprise data management strategies, guiding principles, processes and standards Assist with ETL development, dashboard creation, report designing, and business requirement gathering Assist with data quality research and user acceptance testing. Develop reporting and analytical data models to meet the needs of the organization. Basic Qualifications: Four year degree, preferably in computer science or information technology. Minimum 8 years in data warehousing architecture, design, and modeling. Experience in database design and developing ERD. Experience with the IBM Infosphere Suite specifically DataStage and Infosphere Data Architect. Experience with Netezza and Healthcare experience. Strong working knowledge of relational data marts using star schema design. Advanced understanding and experience working with enterprise ETL tools. Experience working with team members to modify designs and models as necessary. Client facing, interaction and requirement gathering is a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
