*Job Title : VP Infrastructure Consultant*
*Location: Cincinnati, Ohio with travel to Mount Laurel, NJ*
*Duration : 6-12 month contract with a possible hire.*

*Travel expenses will be provided.*

There will be a FT position at some point… they will be able to apply

Will be based out of Cincinnati, OH with travel to Mt. Laurel, NJ or
possibly vice versa

Ideal candidate (will run collaboration – telephony, IM, video
conferencing;  server engineering – OS, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory;
 Networking;  Server / storage virtualization)
1.       VP level presence / ability to communicate (15%)
2.       Broad technical knowledge of infrastructure (not necessarily hands
on level, but able to talk the talk and earn the respect of hands on
technical teams across the spectrum) (40%)
3.       Strong team building / mentoring skills / resource management (our
leaders are stronger technically, but relatively junior from people
management perspective… and have all been through a ton of change,
including more being thrown at them as we speak) (25%)
4.       Ability to work with me to stay aligned on priorities, and adjust
 as appropriate while driving execution (20%)
5.       Ability to start ASAP, and willing to be on in interim role for
long enough period to provide stabilizing impact
6.       Can live anywhere, but must be able to split time onsite in Cincy
and Mt Laurel during the week (whatever schedule works at each location…
every other week, etc.)… face time and direct interaction with the teams
are crucial, can’t be from a distance
