SAP PM EL SEGUNDO, California Summary: This role will be responsible for working with the Master Data Management Team. This role will act as a key contact person for business stakeholders to coordinate the analysis, cleansing, extraction and transformation of the SAP master data. This role will work on establishing SAP Master Data Governance while partnering with Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, IT and other teams. Essential Functions: Own the implementation and execution of enterprise data governance and data quality framework. Coordinates with both business and IT partners to ensure business alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with all levels of the organization including presenting to educate the business on MD issues and opportunities; communicating the impact on complex integrated business processes, and establishing the master data quality metrics and targets. Assess the current master data read/update/create/delete processes, identify challenges, quantify the business value, establish processes to address the challenges and design the future state model and vision. Lead meetings with accounting, sales, operations, engineering, IT and other global teams to define and document data governance policies, standards and policies. Enables accurate master data by ensuring consistent rulesets are applied to data functions and creating a stable framework to introduce new data on a mass migration level as part of project initiatives and during year over year mass data maintenance cycles while adhering to strict data governance standards and policies. Executes within the defined master data governance and control processes. Perform root-cause analysis on master data-related and system integration problems; recommend and execute corrective actions Essential Requirements: 5-10+ years experience leading Master Data Management programs Extensive knowledge and experience in defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Understanding of Change Management processes Strong knowledge in Process Mgmt.
