They will partner with many areas within ENCTS to prioritize business demand, reach out to ENCTS engineers for insight and build a trusting relationship between the business and ENCTS. Collaborate with Central Network Services on upcoming data center projects ( ACE –F5, Migration, IWAN). This role with the business will improve alignment, address relationship management and communication and facilitate oversight of strategic FedEx projects that require Engagement Office input. Additional responsibilities include: Roadmap prep - Quarterly Network proactive review – Monthly – Follow-up with SRM’s to let them know they are getting upgraded.
