*Contract to hire* *EAD GC, GC, USC* *Rate-Market rate* - *Interview: F2F right away, she is short on time and will be moving quickly; will consider Skype for the right candidate, but would prefer F2F* *Job Overview:* - HM: Enrollment Dept, Ops manager responsible for government accounts and exchanges. Now in charge of HMO enrollment for government, do business with MD, DC, VA exchange. CF has electronic enrollment, this team takes care of the group business - The need: ever evolving need, constant changes to accommodate XML, 834 enrollment files, looking for new ways to adapt to the changes that go on in exchanges. Engaged in right now: migrating renewed and new groups of DC exchange to new setup. Developing new process to accommodate migration - Need resource that will support and make sure that requirements of the project are done. Also, need someone who can ensure that any change requirements from Fed government are documented and implemented, and keep up with the changes - Resource will interact with IT folks, explain and document requirements, explain the changes that needs to be made and translate them to tech language, work with IT to automate the processes.
