Job Description:

Assist the enterprise application development area with PeopleSoft
Integrator/Support Analysis work in the support of

1) Analysis for technology related initiatives.

• Perform analysis of business processes, business and system requirements
and system design for the development and configuration of software
applications that support business requirements

• Perform application code modification to PeopleSoft code providing
limited customizations or bolt on applications.

• Design, build, test and business technical requirements

• Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
information and trends

• Develop and maintain technical and standard documentation for program
development activity in a timely and high quality manner

• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures

• Develop and maintain of system and functional test plans that adequately
test the defined requirements and functions



• Document As-Is and To-Be process flows for existing and future systems

• Coordinate and facilitate meetings such as requirements, and various
status reports

2) Adhere to a Standard Project Development Life Cycle approach

• Develop and support critical project documentation throughout the project
life cycle, from Initiation and Requirements stages through Design,
Development, Test, Implementation and Closeout. This includes but is not
limited to As-Is and To-Be process flows, Requirements Documentation,
Design Documentation, Build Documentation, Unit Test result etc.

Required Skills & Experience:

Candidates must possess 5 years of hands-on work experience in Oracle
Forms/Reports, PL/SQL, and related DBA activities. In addition:

* Candidate must be able to pass a Background check

* Candidate must be a pass to a DMV driving check

Essential:

• Oracle Fusion Forms and Reports 12c or Minimum Oracle Forms and
Reports11g expertise

• Commanding knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL

• Hands on working experience with complex/large database packages,

The candidate must have at least six of the ten primary technical
qualifications:

Primary Technical Qualifications Include:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience on HR/PeopleSoft suite of products.

2. Ability to install, configure and maintain WebLogic 10.x, PeopleTools
8.53+, HCM 9.2, Oracle client 11x, on Windows Server 2008. Within
PeopleTools, experience with Integration Broker, Component Interface and
Web Service Configuration.

3. Working knowledge of Oracle database 11x/12x and PeopleTools schema.

4. Ability to configure multiple application and web server domains for
performance and redundancy.

5. Ability to configure and maintain multiple process scheduler domains.

6. Expertise with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).

7. Expertise in cloning PeopleSoft environments.

8. Experience with performance monitoring and optimization techniques.

9. Working knowledge with BizTalk or other enterprise integration platforms.

10. Expertise with code migration via PeopleTools manual process and Stat.

Job Description:

Typical assignment will include:

* Supporting the HR/Payroll application during business hours as well as
being available to be "on call" during off hours.

* Support Application Developers. Assist with optimization techniques.

* Downloading, packaging and applying PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM)
patches and Tax Updates to Development, Test and Production system.

* Cloning the PeopleSoft environments.

* Participating in Disaster Recovery Drills.

* Monitoring performance.

* Migrating code from Development to test to production manually and via
Stat.

* Installing PeopleTools and related applications; creating new Tuxedo and
WebLogic domains.

* Able to support the Oracle SR process for problem resolution.

* Troubleshooting integration issues with interfacing systems.

* Working knowledge with BizTalk or other enterprise integration platforms.
