ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Subject matter expert in web & UI technology - Solid understanding of MVC and OOP in Javascript - Experience building a UI pattern library in the past to help bridge the gap between IT and Design worlds - Natural eye for minimal design and good composition, and you obsess about details, interactions, and delighting users - Lead technology discussion and provide technical guidance to the teams Ability to convert layered design files into functional, styled web pages and flows - Proven experience creating responsive design templates and mobile web applications - Experience with website performance tuning and aware of popular available tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment Easily adapts and learns new things whether it’s a new library, framework, process or a visual design concept - Laid back, but can unleash the geek inside to get things done Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS - 8-12+ years of experience working with consumer facing, highly scalable and performant websites - Expert in UI build and automation processes - Leading by example while helping define web standards and best practices - Expert knowledge of CSS, JavaScript and DOM - KSS, SASS and/or LESS are your best friends along with Functional, Integration and Unit tests - Deep understanding of different web frameworks - Deep understanding of different compliance programs - Experience integrating with variety of different web services - Scrum and/or Kanban advocate - Experience with source control systems like Git, SVN, etc. Thanks Sia 913-703-4656 -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Companies Looking for IT Out Staffing & Recruitment" group.
