*Job Title: Archer GRC Solutions Architect / Developer*
*Location: **Houston TX*
*Duration: **Long Term*
The GRC Archer Solutions Architect will be responsible for Archer GRC
application support, customization, and development of Archer GRC
application.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· End to end configuration of new and existing Archer applications,
managing every aspect of the SDLC including: layout, workflow, reporting,
notifications, questionnaires, access control, etc.
· Data management and deployment upload into Archer GRC
· Testing and resolve both functional and technical issues reported
by users
· Ablity to understand the function and purpose of all the existing
Data Feeds to be able to maintain/enhance them as needed
· Manage integrations with other applications such as APC
· Supporting Spotfire / Crystal reports and other projects that
pull data from Archer GRC
· Experience working with remote teams
· SME for Risk Module experience, CIRS, Audit Tracking, Compliance
Plan Management, FIFE, Data Privacy modules
· Data Mapping, data feeds, sync data and perform data validation
by creating data feeds and jobs that are mapped to database views (SQL
specifically)
· Responsible for completing monthly system refresh and configuring
data publication in training environment post refresh
· Act as a Solution consultant for any project/changes to the
application.
· Responsible for compliance activities and hardware support
· Leading Data quality initiatives related to Archer GRC
· Customize Archer GRC / familiarity with change management and
governance
· Data migration and manage Active Directory integration into
Archer GRC
Requirements:
· Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience with RSA Archer GRC
solution
· Mid-Senior level experience in developing, testing and supporting
RSA Archer GRC applications
· Hands on configuration and customization of RSA Archer platform,
creating fields, reports, iView’s and dashboards in Archer
· Proven ability to assess risks and controls and identify
opportunities for improvement
· CISSP, CISA and/or CISM Certification highly preferred
· Bachelor's Degree in related field or relevant work experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with
excellent interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, positive attitude, and a team player
· Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
· Ablity to communicate with non IT customers and translate
business needs into requirements
· Experience with instance to instance migration and/or
configuration of Archer GRC
