Please email the resume ASAP to *[email protected] <[email protected]>**. * *We accept all visa candidates - open on c2c, c2H and W2* *Position: Project Maanger - Infrastructure AND Data Center Migration* *Location: Peoria , IL - 24 months project* Job Description Summary: The main function of a Project Manager is to define requirements, plan, track, and manage projects of high complexity in a demanding environment. Job Responsibilities: Identify and estimate project resources, schedule delivery, and task details. Budget for and manage project costs. Manage business partner and supplier involvement throughout project Manage change, project deliverables, and project direction while adhering to standard project management methodology. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills. Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time as well as being a collaborative team member. Proven experience with project management concepts, including project charters, scheduling and planning projects within Primavera or experience or training using tools to manage projects, such as Microsoft Project or Excel. Proven ability to work with Enterprise-wide program managers and project leads. Strong project leadership and decision-making. Business planning/processes, accounting, and change management acumen. Education/Experience: Training in project management or project management related skills, such as Young & Clark and Associates or Project Management Institute’s PMP certification. 9-10 years’ project management experience required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent training required. Candidate Responsibilities To close one of the three US base data centers. Upon successful completion will equal a successful cost savings to CAT. Typical Day Will be leading 4 to 5 different project plans. Will be required to hold project meetings. *working hours are flexible Technical Skills Bachelor's Degree required. PMP certification required. The candidate must have at least 8 years of IT experience and 3 - 5 years leading strategic programs/projects, strong knowledge of business processes and organization structures; and the systems, applications and infrastructure required to support them. Previous Data Center Migration experience required.
