*Duration 10 Months contract* *Please read the required skills and send me suitable resumes it’s not like regular QA/Tester position.* *Key skills:* *AEM/CQ (Adobe Experience Manager)* *CMS Experience* *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS* Skills/Abilities and Knowledge 5+ years of experience with Content Management System (CMS) in general, with 3+ years of experience using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager formerly known as Day CQ) Solid understanding of Web based project test methodology, test environments, bug life cycle, and frequent code release deployment support. Knowledge of the Web presentation layer, business and data access layers and their interactions. Solid knowledge of common desktop and mobile browser technology. Experience working with highly trafficked, scalable Web applications. Knowledge of reading log file and some experience with unix commands. Familiar testing with and have applied current Web client-side technologies – MongoDB, JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, XML, etc. Strong communicator (written and verbal): ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables Self starter, self motivated, driven individual Ability to work well with shifting priorities Ability to work with cross-functional team of internal and external resources located onshore and offshore Keen attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Access) Display professional, positive, and approachable attitude/demeanor and discretion Critical thinker, ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and maintain positive attitude Strong organizational skills Understanding of database schemas and querying tools Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) Creative solving of technical problems to ensure the ability to translate technical requirements into test plans Ability to track multiple test efforts simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results in fast paced environment Proficient in using HP Test Suite or other Testing Tools Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong understanding of test automation framework and tools Ability to lead a team through effective delegation, training, conflict management and motivation Experience leading teams *Education* BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience Testing Certification ISTQB Advanced Level preferred *Related Work Experience* 8+ years system development, testing, and/or business experience 5+ years of experience with Content Management System (CMS) in general, with 3+ years of experience using AEM (Adobe Experience Manager formerly known as Day CQ) *Regards,* *Vara* *IntelliSoft Technologies, Inc* *1320 Greenway Drive STE 460* *Irving, TX 75038* *Ph.
