This includes security patching, upgrades and standard maintenance and support. This role also provides day-to-day operational support for AirWatch and Box. You will be working in a dynamic environment as an AirWatch Mobile Device Administrator (MDM Admin). Analyst will be responsible for trouble-shooting and remediating mobile device issues in an enterprise data center environment, including providing day-to-day business hours and after hours support. As a Box Administrator you will spend time with the support team familiarizing yourself with the Box environment and administration. Once familiar, you will assist in providing daily operational support to the Caterpillar Business partners. Typical Day Resolving Level 3 incidents from the remedy queue Technical Skills Bachelor's degree (IT related) required AirWatch administration, patching, upgrades and general maintenance experience - 3 to 5 years experience required required. Box administration as well as Box App's support including but not limited to: Box Edit, Box Note, Box Sync, Box for Office...etc. - 3 to 5 years experience required. Microsoft Intune administration experience preferred. Microsoft O365 Exchange administration preferred. Outlook Client support maintenance and upgrading experience preferred.
