Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *ETL DataStage Developer* *Bloomington, IL (Remote)* *6 months* The *ETL DataStage Developer* makes use of the IBM DataStage ETL Tool and utilizes ETL standard processes and procedures to move data, manage metadata, and ensure the integrity, validity, security and auditability of client critical information assets. This role follows standard development life-cycle processes (Agile/Lean, Waterfall, Hybrid) and follows the technical coding specifications for production, testing, QA and implementation processes. The candidate will have hands on experience with large scale enterprise ETL development of data warehouses with technologies appropriate for the platform where development occurs (Oracle, DataStage, AIX, etc.). Actual experience with migration of ETL code from DataStage 8.x to DataStage 11.x will be favorable. *ACCOUNTABILITIES: * · Collaborate with IS&T EIM team members, business liaisons, and end-users to deliver enterprise data integration DataStage ETL solutions · Develop, implement, and optimize DataStage ETL workflows and transformations · Implement standards and procedures for DataStage ETL development and tool configurations · Triage the resolution of complex data integration DataStage ETL issues in a timely manner · Contributes as needed to the design and development of exception handling, data standardization procedures and Quality Assurance controls · Develop the DataStage ETL packages to design specifications · Participates in DataStage ETL code reviews · Update DataStage ETL Technical specifications with changes as code is updated *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:* · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience · 4+ years’ experience with DataStage ETL development and support preferably with healthcare data delivery and data warehouse development roles · 4+ years’ experience using IBM DataStage Tools preferable version 11+ and Parallel jobs · Demonstrated experience with PL/SQL and knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (features, functions utilities) · Ability to estimate data development efforts · Ability to manage tasks, work independently and be a team player · Strong documentation and diagramming skills · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Demonstrated experience performing data integration utilizing DataStage ETL tools to develop, implement, and optimize DataStage ETL workflows and transformations *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:* · Healthcare (payer, provider, and/or pharmacy benefit management) experience · Experience with migration of DataStage ETL code from DataStage 8.x to DataStage 11.x · Experience using IBM QualityStage and Change Data Capture (CDC) tools · Experience with AIX 5.x or equivalent UNIX operating system · Experience with AutoSys or equivalent job scheduling tool experience · Familiarity with SDLC (systems development life cycle) such as Agile/Lean and data modeling tools such as Erwin or Embarcadero · Practical experience using commonly accepted data warehouse methods such as the Kimball or Inmon model · Understanding of data models, staging, landing and data cohorts, ODS, OLAP, multi-dimensional analysis, and various data schemas *Thanks and Regards,* *Shilpi Bisht* *IDC Technologies, IncMailto: **[email protected]* <[email protected]> * _____________________________________* *Empowering Technologies Services* *Remote Services | IT Services | BPO | * *IT Consulting | Staffing Solutions |* *_____________________________________* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Companies Looking for IT Out Staffing & Recruitment" group.
