We accept all visa candidates - open on c2c, c2H and W2 Position: Project Coordinator Location: Peoria , IL - 12 months project Candidate Responsibilities Position will be working on project schedules, status updates, collecting updates from team members on projects, variance reporting, risk reporting. Work in conjunction with program coordinators to ensure program status is correct. Will work with project procurement on statements of work and invoicing.Will start day with working on several assigned projects in two week intervals. Can change projects day to day as needed. Will report to program coordinators to decide their daily work and project assignments. Very dynamic will work with a lot of different people. As needs changes assignment changes. Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years of project planning and project facilitation. Must have Primavera preferably *P6* or at a minimum MS Project. Would be a huge plus is candidate has Instantis. Must have advanced Microsoft office (excel and power point). Must be able communicate effectively and work with a team. Ability to move quickly from one assignment another. Typical Day working in an office environment supporting multiple projects. working with team members. Flexible hours depending project candidate is supporting.
