ServiceNow developer/admin. Analyze user requests, provide work estimates, timelines, risks, and benefits for ServiceNow development. Develop, integrate, update, and customize the ServiceNow platform. Experience developing service catalog / request portal items, customized web pages and widgets. (5+ strongly preferred) ServiceNow development and administration. Certified ServiceNow System Admin is required, Certified Implementation Specialist is preferred. Very strong demonstrated experience with in multiple front-end programming languages (JavaScript, Bootstrap, AngularJS, JQuery, HTML5/CSS3). Understanding of REST/SOAP/WSDL/XML. Demonstrated ability to work directly with business customers. Mentor and tutor intermediate Software Analysts and Developers. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
