Who will spring the trap or drop the other shoe .
The F B I may or may not be though with Terry Welden's friends. Four
years ago Hamilton's neighbors told the city of their concerns. City employees
inform them nothing was wrong. Why did the F B I wait......is the list
growing?
Who are Hamilton's contacts........if any?
Does a councilman have access to the emergency no bid contracts
work list?
Can anybody influence who does the emergency no bid work?
How much no bid work did any one company receive in the last few
years?
