a good undercover operation would be at Railroad Plaza - corner of
memorial drive right behind the police station....
our guys clean that property front and rear - more needles. condoms
drug goodies etc. Needless to say fights that break out in front of
the stores and more. It is patrolled - but you can sit someone there
all day. At least that's what our guys say.
