I guess it's nice to be supported by the New York Times. This is what they said yesterday about Monmouth County municipal governmen: "You end up with a small pool of people in government who don't have the skill set to properly manage government affairs and have no right to be managing things," [State Senator Joseph Kyrillos] said. "And because there are so many municipalities, you have so many opportunities of abuse."
