Gee ya try and leave this site for a few hours and everything goes to
hell. The following has mea culpa all over it (in that fact remains
illusive), so? When the boys (the girl left) in the band act as
improperly as of this bunch they must be called to account.

"Real estate values are up all over. Name another town that has
appreciated" Can't/don't know/won't even disagree; however, I'm a
champion of buying the worst house on the block, on the edge of what
conventional wisdom calls a `good location' so who cares? Codicil:
I've been through enough blown markets to appreciate, when the bloom
goes offtricky locations take it in the neck, therefore tread lightly
you know not what awaits you.

"Weldon connection - raises eyebrows of course the FBI has said they
have specifically reviewed the deal find absolutely no evidence of
anything corrupt". I don't have a conspiracy theory and have no
evidence that the deal was dirty. I simply refuse to give backroom
dealers benefit of the doubt; if they want to be treated as above
board they need act above board, they don't. As to "I'm sure the FBI
not [turning] up anything in the course of their investigation."
Whether good or bad, time will tell; however, the issue again is the
continual appearance of impropriety, hopin' and wishin' just don't cut it.

And "details of the better deal that was waiting in the"where did I
say there was one? When you deal with the foxes, you get eaten. This
I believe is the neat part where The Fishman allegedly claimed `that
though Carabetta was known to have a judge in his pocket, Larry had a
few of his own'; and we thought pay to play an abomination. The
problem for the supporters of council, Aaron, Fishman and Weldon, is
that no one considered having a public offering of the waterfront;
propriety doesn't come easily to this gang.
