So this is how Werner feels about Asbury Parkers:
> The Council, public and many posters here share a fatal flaw in
common.
> They are unwilling to admit that they do not have the skill set
needed
> to properly evaluate the issues.
>Perhaps when you're at the bottom anything looks good.
>I've about given up on trying to educate the closed minded un-
> enlightened masses.
> The majority rules and those of us with vision and
> knowledge are left to twist in the wind.
These are very elitist statements. I do not share this view of Asbury
Parkers. The public here does not have such "flaws," lack any "skill
sets," are not at the "bottom" of anything, are not "close minded"
or "unenlightened" and do not lack "vision" or "knowledge."
Not even the most braggadocio rap star would think so much of himself
that he would make such demeaning comparative statements about he and
the public.
Considering the election results, your statements remind me of that
soldier marching in a group of 100, believing the other 99 are out of
step and only he is doing it right.
I know you are a decent fellow and you don't want to be meanspirited,
but if you take a step back and look at your post, you must admit this
stuff is really insulting to Asbury Parkers. I can accept you saying
the public is wrong about something, but your words are far beyond mere
disagreement. I hope you don't repeat it.
