Wear out is the right word. I am afraid nothing will get their attention like a lawsuit or investigstion by DCA and/or US Attorney. I am considering both. Hopefully, the soon-to-be C-8 Amendment fiasco may be a rallying point. BTW, I have asked for official clarification on rebuild scenario.
