Sounds like he only wants the kind of eclectic businesses that go out of
business in a year - anybody with a track record isn't welcome here. Old
Man Rafferty's is far from a chain restaurant (and Asbury would probably
benefit from one chain restaurant downtown to bring a crowd) and for TCN to
write negative stuff about the New Brunswick downtown is ridiculous. That
downtown is thriving with businesses, college students, and has a tremendous
art scene. Asbury should be so lucky...
