I was hoping someone would pick up on that. Yes the 400,000 included the Paramont Theater (not a retail space), Convention Hall (not a retail space), Heating Plant (minimal retail space), Casino Arena (they claim no intention of turning it into a Mall)... Padding the numbers from the begining. As I recall all the existing uses, retail/commercial/ENTERTAINMENT, were lumped together and came in at around 300,000 sqft. The newly created retail was to be around 100,000 sqft. Look at what's happening along the NEW Cookman Ave from Grand to Ocean. One small corner store. Werner ------------------------ Yahoo!
