The Fast Lane's "worth" can be debated. The Baronet has its own piece of
history. I boweld my
first game at AP Lanes. The Lanes COULD be moved, if that were offered, but
why? In the
case of the Pony, it is, has been, a fire trap with so many people in it at
times.
You should stroll down to Hollywood Florida and go to the Hardrock/Seminole
"Reservation".
What you have is a series of new and exicting clubs - from Jazz, Comedy to Rock
to Dance -
all within one central open-air mall. And, when I was there, probably around
30,000 people
milling about one evening.
You'll have even more interesting eateries along cookman.
It's up to the Partners and Madison MArquette to develop a major entertainment
and
residential destination, one that incorporates actual pieces/themes/memories
of the past or
recreates them to today's markets.
