Maureen, your really on roll with jumping to conclusions
The "Plaque" being refered was made by the "Save Tillie" folks and was on the
Cookman Ave
side of the building. It was either sheet metel (like a traffic sign) or
painted plywood.
I'll look through my photos if you must know. The point is that there was not a
"Bronze
Plaque" (as stated by you) or any marker issued by the Department of the
Interior.
