Fine let's split hairs. Where do you come to the conclusion that one can order something without the authority to do so. That word, ORDERED, is the crux of the issue. The typical reader will certainly interpret that as something other than a request due to influence. Misrepresenting things that have happened here in Asbury Park is not good practice for antyone.
