I'm not sure what to think of MM and how well they'll fit in with AP. I took a look at their website, and the photos they show are of those horrible outdoor malls disguised as communities. I, for one, hate places like those. Too Disney for me. On the other hand, anything is better then what we have now, but i'd really hate to see the oceanfront become another boring outdoor mall.
