Hinge. oh all right. everyone has their own oppinons. your not alone in what your thinking by far. but i think red bank has things for everyone, its not just retail. thats my opinion. before the big red bank craze in the 90s, red bank was retial before too? but not as popularized, more smaller stores. when things 'go good" bigger names come in, because they know something good is happening. i can see how this can also be the downfall to many. charlie
