Just letting you know, that I finally had lunch there, yesterday. I
can't tell you what a treat it was! There's a place in New Orleans,
on Decatur St., called, The Palm Court. I thought I was there! I
attended a "wake", for a Jazz musician, complete with elaborate
buffet, festooned with a gargantuan rose arrrangement! The
furnishings, ambience and friendly staff at the Market, were too much,
for me! I almost cried, because I thought I was "home"! If THIS, is
the NEW Asbury Park, I want MORE! Saw one of my favorite councilmen,
there, who shall remain unnamed! I'm praying he runs, for the now
vacant Assembly or Senate seat, now vacated. No, it wasn't JK! My
next lunch will be at Brick, then Moonstruck and so on. Giving each
one a play, going to "shop til I drop" and support these great
businesses, so they can STAY open! AMEN!
