i dont remember the exact circumstances, but whats the word on the re
opening of the other half of 7th (?) ave? i remeber something about it
being opened only if asbury partners owned it? or is that all wrong?
now that the hotel has been sold into private hands, what does that
mean for the road opening? i noticed on 3rd and 4th avenues there are
double headed street lights which will probably be on each fanned ave
leading to ocean ave. however, the one on 7th doenst have the double
head. no fanned street to ocean ave? is the fait of the other half of
7th not looking good? i think the owners of berkely bought the hotel
knowing they had no parking? so maybe something has been worked out,
or will be. anyone know? cough cough, werner.
