-how do they close and issue a co when the building is not done or
still appears to be under construction?
When is "Phase II" of Wesley to begin?
I could think of a couple games (arcade) type that tose pilings could
be used for:
- giant version of whack a mole
- try to get something to land on a piling
- whack the piling into the ground
