i dont know. maybe its an asbury park thing maybe. now that i think about it, the new mariot (sp) hotel that went up near me. off route 66, near the home depot in neptune. that seemed to have gone up pretty fast. not sure how it was built, or maybe there werent as many underground tactics used. i dont remeber seeing any pileings drilled, or anything like that. so maybe its different circumstances.
