We did this one along time ago.
CH never had parking, unless you parked where N.Beach is today or
parked behind the empress and walked.
People used to come via train or bus.
Werner hates this, but to make CH more "friendly", Bradley park has to
be lifted about 15 feet to get a lot under a "new" park. Lots of places
do it. Or even lift it 5 feet and and have it partially underground.
