It's like I said some time ago, the "slow" sales will force the
developers (have) to go into the rental business. This is what
happened in FL over a year ago and elsewhere. The ESP will have it's
own rental company as well. Wesley will do the same. Wesley is "half"
sold. N. Beach has 12 still up (the develper), a 2 bed rental is
2k/month, 1 bed 1800. The Steinbach has maybe 15 units rented out of 63.
Interest rates are predicted to rise, not fall by year end and money
is tighter. So you have to get the "haves" to buy in.
Both N beach and ESP look great... as does the work that took place so
far on the BW.
