A condo/hotel, at least to real estate professionals, is where
individuals own the units and can only occupy them for a certain
number of days during the year. they are then put into the transient
stay pool and you receive income. You have hotel services when you
stay there. Unless of course they were talking about a mix of hotel
and condo in a single building.
