"The biggest breakdown was the outreach piece, and part of that was the
signage," City Manager Terence Reidy said earlier at the meeting. "One
of the things we learned was the signage attempted to be very specific
and ended up being very confusing."
I'm sure Terry has received a lot of e-mailage and complaintage, but
hopefully he can just get a few signs put up and skip the "signage"!
