Keep your house looking like shit on the outside, otherwise - you get
penalized for having fixed up your house - like driveway, new
windows, roof, etc - everything is a tack-on.
I'm gonna go for two tax appeals on two little house I have.
700 sq ft, 100x100 lot, $4100
400 sq ft, 50x100 lot, $3300
Both in OT.
School taxes we actually have to pay (about 93%) vs AP property owner
pays about 6% (both numbers +/-)
