Thomas Williams, 20, of Asbury Park shoots Daryle Tyson of Neptune three times
through a window and kills him and Judge Perri accepts a plea of "aggravated
manslaughter". He shoots Daryle Tyson's wife, 68 year old Helen Tyson, in the
leg. He also shoots at three other people and misses all while in possession of
illegal drugs. For this, Judge Perri sentences Williams to 15 years with a
requirement that he serve at least 12 of those years.
Thank you Judge Perri! You're a real tough guy. The people of Asbury Park
eagerly await Thomas Williams's rehabilitation. Williams will be home at the
tender age of 32 eager to contribute once again to the communities of Neptune
and Asbury Park.
