Sports is not overrated if you participate.  It's lack of participation that 
contributes to an "obese" society.

As far as javelin throwing, just WHERE are the cops, when you
really need one?

What does sports have to do with getting a "basic" education?
Matter of fact, where are all those Abbott millions?  Can someone
answer that?  A majority of posters whine about this being an Abbott District.  
What makes this an Abbott District?  Underserved minorities
is what.  What makes this area a UEZ area?  Again, minorities.
Who is sitting in the back of the bus on the so-called improvements?
Un-huh!

We should ALL attend school to achieve intellectually.  Basic Math
and learning to Read should be paramount.  If a kid can take direction
from a coach, why can't they succeed otherwise?  What's wrong with
this picture?  Let the coaches TEACH!
