As of today you now have to pay to park downtown.
The result?
A downtown that looks deserted.
One of my Allenhurst friends who normally goes to America's Cup turned right
around and headed to Cravings instead.
Another friend who lives in Spring Lake and likes America's Cup says she'll
she'll also stay local.
