If you want to use the steinbach or post lot, it's around another $100 PER
MONTH.
That's called providing parking for your condos. Right or wrong?
Pay per use, but not mandatory, as included in your rent. that was the whole
idea of 1.5 parking spots per unit. To have your tenants park in the lot you
provided. But when someone sees it added to the rent - or they have an option
to opt out (street or state garage cheaper) guess what.
But why should you pay the lot designated for your building, if you can secure
a spot on mattison or cookman or close by for "free"
When is the "new" parking structure going up?
