It would be an excellent location. There are territorial limits (for Piaggio - mother company of Vespa, Aprilia, Piaggio etc). So you would need the permission of Stumpy's (on 35 south before Belmar). I tried to get Brooklyn here and said I would watch the scooters. If they parked bright colored ones on Ocean Ave they would attract a lot of attention. But it couldnt be done. Not such an easy business anyway. There's a moped army in town over at Sweet Joey's on Bangs. met his dad Vladimir who works on them (and makes customs jeans in the shop). He has scooters and a great old Fiat 500. I hear there about 15 moped riders in their group. I was supposed to ride with them sunday night but couldnt.
