That's me. In the city, I drive around once, then pay to park - if I didn't
take the train in.
Here's another dump idea....
Take a look at Monroe Towers....
As of now, they seem to have excess parking. It's really two very little blocks
away - you walk further to go to the movies at the mall and isn't much safer...
I'd cut a deal there.
And also "force" the developers not to charge extra for parking spaces that
they are REQUIRED to provide - by way of approvals for the construction to
being with.
