At 1800 square feet, there is a very LARGE MASTER BEDROOM with bath downstairs
and two good-sized bedrooms upstairs in addition to a third room that could be
used as an office. There is also a large bathroom upstairs. Both feature
Kohler deep soaking tubes, slate floors etc. Resurfaced hardwood floors, new
furnace and AC. Large kitchen and pantry. Wrap-around front porch and fence,
though small yard (no backyard) and street parking only. Open to renting the
entire house or, perhaps, one floor in exchange for caretaking duties.
AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. Will require first and one and a half months security
deposit, credit check, employment history, two references etc. No smokers,
please. $1600/month negotiable plus utilities (except for water). It's
helpful if those interested have some familiarity with this area.
