Yes they were sold and they did a great job of marketing them....
Throw in the short sales, a few foreclosures and a 20-40% reduced selling price
(like the rest of the market) made them more realistic for more people - either
as a first, second or investment home.
As far as the design... that's another story.
But they ARE sold. As for North beach, price dropped as well. There, the owners
and bank elected to turn a portion to rentals (not all) - and prices were reset.
One thing it all. there is strong demand for rentals in AP. It's getting people
to stay the second year or being able to afford the single bedroom prices....
