2009: MM listed it for $679,000 then $654
Closed: 5/7/20011: for $475,000
Lots of other homes in AP (and around the country) sold for alot less then
original asking as well...
That was from an MLS report.
But really, you got to realize something - people are plunking down at LEAST
$300k or more for a condo in AP.... and averaging $500k . So if people ARE
willing, today, to spend $300, 500 or $750,000 for a condo ... in AP - well
then things will continue to get built - or planned to be built. Because by the
time you get approvals, break ground and complete something - you're talking a
few years down the road.
And if you're spending that much on a home (first second etc) - you just might
have enough to spend around town.
A better value in AP lately has been single family homes. Quite a few have been
sold the last 7 months.
