I think there may have been a problem with the current subversion head.
I have made some changes (commented out some fprintf stmts) and I think
that it should be fine now, as of rev 2230.

I think that the file "fprops_test.a4c" should work fine now.

I've added some notes on how to test the FPROPS code, see here:

The one big lack in the FPROPS code is the lack of calculation of the
saturation curve. This turns out to be a rather curly problem that I
haven't yet been able to work out: it requires solving the 'Maxwell
criterion' as detailed in the IAPWS-95 release (see References on the
FPROPS page). If you have any ideas or experience with this, the please
let me know.
