Hi JRB Yes, it appears that a bug crept in in that last release. I'll try to push out an update in the next week. In the meantime, I suggest you either (a) roll back to an earlier version, or (b) try to build it from source, if you can.
Actually I think this bug may be fixable by manually tweaking the Windows registry (HKLM/SOFTWARE/ASCEND, off the top of my head). You could also try that.
