Hello,

I recently was going to try out some modeling but found out that my
favourite editor VIM did not have syntax highlighting for the ASCEND
language. So basing myself on the gedit syntax highlighting [1] I've
created the vim syntax highlighting. Please read the top of the file on
information how to "install" it:

http://bobbens.dyndns.org/files/ascend.vim

I am no VIM syntax highlighting expert but it does seem to work OK, I'll
be testing it out as I play around with models a bit for practice as a
possible GSoC student. If anyone has any issue, question, comment or
improvement on the syntax highlighting I'd be interested in listening.

Thanks,

Edgar
